How does a breaker work on an excavator?
Attached to an excavator, the hydraulic breaker works by applying high pressure to a material, fracturing the surface and dismantling it entirely.
How do you install a breaker on an excavator?
Put the front sleeve of the forearm of the excavator between the ear plates of the hydraulic breaker shell, install the pin and pin sleeve, manipulate the forearm of the excavator, lift the breaker, put down the "bovine bone" of the forearm, and install the other part of the Pin shaft pin sleeve.
What is hydraulic breaker
A breaker is a powerful percussion hammer fitted to an excavator for demolishing hard (rock or concrete) structures. It is powered by an auxiliary hydraulic system from the excavator, which is fitted with a foot-operated valve for this purpose.
